Freezer Strawberry Rhubarb Jam
Quick 4 ingredient jam
- 3 cups chopped rhubarb
- 2 1/4 cups sugar
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 box strawberry jello

Chop rhubarb

Place rhubarb, sugar and water in pot on the stove.

Bring to a boil

Boil for 5 minutes, stirring constantly so that it does not burn.

Remove from heat and stir in jello package

Fill canning jars and let cool

Store in the refrigerator or freezer.
