Freezer Strawberry Rhubarb Jam

Quick 4 ingredient jam

  • 3 cups chopped rhubarb
  • 2 1/4 cups sugar
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1 box strawberry jello
  1. Chop rhubarb

  2. Place rhubarb, sugar and water in pot on the stove.

  3. Bring to a boil

  4. Boil for 5 minutes, stirring constantly so that it does not burn.

  5. Remove from heat and stir in jello package

  6. Fill canning jars and let cool

  7. Store in the refrigerator or freezer.
