Grandma Carol’s Banana Bread
Soft and mild banana bread.
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 cups flour
- 1/2 cup oil
- 1 pinch salt
- 4 tbsp sour milk (3 tbs milk + 1 tbs vinegar)
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 3 ripe bananas

Mix all ingredients with hand mixer or in a standing mixer.

Split into 2 loaf pans, or into muffin trays.

Bake loaves at 350 for 30-35 minutes.
Bake muffins at 350 for 15 minutes.
