Grandma Carol’s Banana Bread

Soft and mild banana bread.

  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 cups flour
  • 1/2 cup oil
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 4 tbsp sour milk (3 tbs milk + 1 tbs vinegar)
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 3 ripe bananas
  1. Mix all ingredients with hand mixer or in a standing mixer.

  2. Split into 2 loaf pans, or into muffin trays.

  3. Bake loaves at 350 for 30-35 minutes.

    Bake muffins at 350 for 15 minutes.
