When I was roaming through Target’s Dollar Aisle a few weeks back a found these adorable fall ramekins. When I pulled them off the shelf, visions of single serve cinnamon rolls, apple pie, and chocolate fudge cake came to my mind. So I had to have them.

I was in the mood apple pie a few days ago so I decided to pull out these ramekins and try my hand at some single serve pies. These pies literally took me a total of 10 minutes to put together. That’s because I ALWAYS use refrigerated pie crust. The HyVee brand crusts are so good, I’ve had people ask me for my pie crust recipe! Lucky for them, it’s easier than they imagined!

My pie filling I used for this recipe is one that I had canned two years ago using my apples from my trees. You can either buy an apple pie filling or make an easy one that I will add to this post!

I was was able to make 3 miniature pies with 1 crust.
