• 2 tbsp flour<\/li>\n
• 1 cup chicken stock<\/li>\n
• 1\/2 cup half and half<\/li>\n
• 4 oz cubed cream cheese<\/li>\n
• 1\/2 cup shredded parmesan cheese<\/li>\n
• 1\/2 cup cooked and shredded chicken<\/li>\n
• 2 1\/2 cups cooked spaghetti squash <\/li>\n
• salt<\/li>\n
• pepper<\/li>\n
• parsley<\/li>\n<\/ul><\/div>\n
