Yield 12-14 cookies<\/p>\n<\/p>\n

• 3\/4 cup salted butter, room temperature<\/li>\n
• 3\/4 cup light brown sugar, lightly packed<\/li>\n
• 1\/4 cup sugar<\/li>\n
• 2 eggs<\/li>\n
• 2 tsp vanilla extract<\/li>\n
• 2 1\/4 cups all purpose flour<\/li>\n
• 1 tsp cornstarch<\/li>\n
• 1 tsp baking soda<\/li>\n
• 1\/4 tsp baking powder<\/li>\n
• 1 3\/4 cups semi sweet chocolate chips<\/li>\n<\/ul><\/div>\n

  1. Cream butter and sugar together until light and fluffy, about 3-4 minutes.<\/li>\n
  2. Mix in eggs and vanilla extract.<\/li>\n
  3. With the mixer on low speed, add flour, cornstarch, baking soda and baking powder.<\/li>\n
  4. Stir in chocolate chips. Dough will be thick.<\/li>\n
  5. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.<\/li>\n

     Measure out each cookie using cookie scoop. <\/p>\n<\/li>\n

     Bake for 8-10 minutes. The center of the cookie will still look a little undercooked, but that\u2019s ok.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  8. Remove from oven and allow to cool for about 1 minute, then remove to finish cooling on a cooling rack.<\/li>\n<\/ol><\/div>\n
