Oatmeal Raisin Cookies
These chewy oatmeal raisin cookies won't last long in your kitchen.
- 1/2 cup butter (1 stick)
- 2/3 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
- 3/4 cup flour
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 1/2 cups rolled oats
- 3/4 cup raisins

Heat oven to 350.

Cream butter, brown sugar, egg and vanilla in mixing bowl. Add in flour, baking soda, cinnamon and salt until well blended. Stir in oats and raisins.

Place cookies 2″ apart on baking sheet. Bake for 10 min. Transfer to let cool.
